Relaxation 松弛感 (My thoughts and my experience)
As a 25 year-old man, I've been struggling with getting thigs i to perspective. Its especially hard when I'm always living alone, so my thoughts are all i have. No feedbacks, no fresh new ideas to change my mind. Because of that, I'm bound to get stuck to thinking that could be detrimental to my life.
So, I decided to pick up on reading. I was scrolling through social media when I found a couple books I can pick up that could be beneficial for me.
A phase stuck out to me like a nail. It says, 心态不好,容易紧张。不自信,不敢直视他眼睛。容易紧张,遇到事情情绪大起大落。 It basically means, I'm not confident, and I'm always affected by my own emotions.
I felt something stirring within me, the sesire to change. I couldn't tell why, but i feel like the need to want to change that.
Below the description, it recommended some books. One of them is 松弛感.
So, I picked up the book at my local bookstore. Here is how it looks.
I've read a couple pages, and there are some points that stuck out to me. That's why I'm writing this article.
I would like to share with you, the things that ive learned from this book.
